常州幼儿师范高等专科学校

2021年4月，江苏省人民政府批准设立常州幼儿师范高等专科学校。学校位于常州市武进区常武中路28号，紧邻常州大学城，学生2748人，拥有8所附属幼儿园，是常州市唯一一所以培养幼儿师资为主的公办师范院校。

In April 2021, The People’s Government of Jiangsu Province approved the establishment of Changzhou Early Childhood Education College(hereinafter referred to as College). College is located at No. 28, Middle Changwu Road, Wujin District, Changzhou city, adjacent to Changzhou University Town. It has now 2748 students and 8 affiliated kindergartens. It is the only public normal college in Changzhou city that focuses on training preschool teachers.

学校现有专任教师183名，双师型教师88人，具有副高职称及以上教师74人，其中正高职称教师3人，具有硕士及以上学位教师126名。学校师资结构合理，办学质量上乘，共获得省市各项竞赛金银铜奖三百余项，近年来连续获得江苏省师范生教学基本功大赛优秀组织奖，各专业考证通过率达95%以上，近五年全省专转本考试录取率超90.1%。学校形成了“注重师德养成，强化职业技能，发展艺术素养，园校协同育人”的办学思路和“弘扬师范传统，实施品牌德育，持续提高质量，深耕艺术教育”的办学特色。

College currently has 183 full-time teachers, including 88 dual-qualified teachers,, 74 teachers with vice-senior titles or higher (3 with senior titles among them), and 126 teachers with a master’s degree or higher. The school has a reasonable teaching staff structure and maintains high educational quality. It has won over 300 gold, silver, and bronze awards in various provincial and municipal competitions. Over the past three years, it has consistently received the Outstanding Organization Award in the Jiangsu Provincial Normal Students’ Teaching Basic Skills Competition. The pass rate for professional certifications in each major is over 95%, and the admission rate for the “5+2” college transfer examination in the past five years exceeds 90.1%. College has developed an educational philosophy of “emphasizing teacher ethics, strengthening professional skills, developing artistic literacy, and coordinating education between kindergarten and college,” as well as an educational feature of “promoting the tradition of teacher training, implementing branded moral education, continuously improving quality, and deepening art education.”

学校现有学前教育、早期教育、艺术设计，数字媒体艺术设计、旅游管理五大专业，其中主干专业五年制学前教育为江苏省品牌专业，数字媒体艺术设计专业为江苏省特色专业。

College now has five majors,namely Early Childhood Education, Early Education,Arts Design,Digital Media Arts Design and Tourism Management.Among these majors, Early Childhood Education is the Model Major of Jiangsu Province and Digital Media Arts Design is a Specialty Major of Jiangsu Province.

学校坚持“合格＋特长”多渠道升学与就业的培养模式，与多家用人单位建立了稳定的毕业生供求关系。学生可通过国际合作与交流项目、专转本、函授等多渠道提升学历。

College adheres to the “qualified + special skills” training mode of education and employment through various channels, and has established a stable relationship with many employers to meet the supply and demand of a number of graduates. Students can pursue higher degrees through international cooperation and exchange programs, major transfer, correspondence courses and other channels.

自1956年建校以来，学校办学规模不断扩大，办学内涵不断丰富，成为常州市幼儿师资培养的摇篮。学校先后荣获国家级重点中等职业学校、江苏省中小学校先进基层党组织、江苏省文明校园，江苏省文明单位，江苏省德育特色学校、江苏省教科研工作先进集体、首批江苏省书香校园建设示范点等荣誉称号。

Since its establishment in 1956, College is expanding unceasingly, and enriching its connotation and it has become cradle for ECE teachers. College was successively awarded as the National-level Key Secondary Vocational School, Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of Jiangsu Province,Civilized Campus of Jiangsu Province, Civilized Unit of Jiangsu Province, Moral Education Characteristic School of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Advanced Collective of Teaching and Research Work，the First Batch of Demonstrative Points of Jiangsu Province Book Campus Construction.
